Volumes & contours

The art of structure

Over time, the face loses architecture. The temples hollow, the cheekbones flatten, the nasolabial folds deepen, the jawline slackens, the chin recedes and the lips thin. Several protocols are open to you. We can first use thermal energies such as Ultraformer MPT and Volnewmer, and also injections with hyaluronic acid and collagen inducers. Used with precision and judgement, these protocols restore lost structure without adding weight.

Our approach

Enhancing without transforming

Facial ageing does not come down to lines: as your skin loses density, your bone structure changes too. It is above all a gradual loss of volume and structure that alters the balance of the face from the age of 35. Where hyaluronic acid was the reference for years in addressing this, today we consider it sensible to offer collagen inducers and energies such as Ultraformer MPT and Volnewmer alongside it.

  1. 01

    Objectify

Analysing volume loss, tissue quality, bone structure and the overall harmony of the face precisely, to identify the priority areas. For that, we complete the clinical study by our doctors with artificial intelligence, through Aura & Visia 7.

  2. 02

    Personalise

Every treatment plan is 100% personalised. Depending on your needs, we will propose a suitable protocol combining thermal energies to create dermal density and lift the SMAS, then injections if needed to complete the procedure.

  3. 03

    Quantify

Determining the dosages and treatment combinations suited to your anatomy: quantifying the thermal energies (Ultraformer MPT, Volnewmer) needed to create dermal density and structural lifting, then precisely adjusting the volumes of hyaluronic acid to complete the result. Thanks to the objective measurements taken during the objectifying phase and to the follow-up technologies (Aura & Visia 7), we calibrate every component of the protocol to enhance your features without altering your facial identity. We set up a personalised follow-up calendar to review progress and optimise where needed, ensuring a structuring, natural and lasting result.

A face that has aged well is not a smoothed face, it is a face whose volumes have been preserved in their accuracy, their balance, their naturalness.

Temples

The temples, key to facial harmony

With age, the temples change and lose volume, marking the face and accentuating lines. That structural loss alters the oval of the face and creates a tired appearance. Restoring temple volume has a rejuvenating effect and harmonises the whole face.

Cheekbones

The cheekbones, architectural pillar of the face

With age, the deep fat of the middle third migrates downwards under the effect of gravity and the loss of tissue tone. The cheekbones flatten, the cheeks hollow, the folds form. Restoring the volume of this key area has a structuring effect on the whole face.

To recover the projection that characterises a young face, we combine several complementary approaches:

High density hyaluronic acid is injected deep, against or close to the malar bone, to restore lost volume immediately. The technique is precise, the result discreet but significant.

Collagen inducers (Sculptra and Radiesse-CAHA) stimulate the natural production of collagen for a gradual and lasting restructuring of the cheekbones, reinforcing skin density in depth.

Thermal energies (Ultraformer MPT and Volnewmer) prepare and complete that action by restructuring the deep tissues: they create new dermal density and lift the structures of the SMAS, giving a solid base for the volume treatment. That deep work maximises the durability of the result and creates a natural harmony.

This multi-protocol approach ensures a natural, structuring result that lasts over time.

Our solutions

Every face is unique

Hyaluronic acid has no standard result. How it shows depends on bone structure, tissue thickness, age and the patient’s objectives. That is why every protocol begins with a full morphological assessment.

Lips and perioral area

The mouth, an expressive territory

The mouth is one of the most expressive and most demanding territories of the face. It ages in its own way: the lips thin, the contour crumples, the vermilion loses its definition. Above the lips, the perioral area hollows as the barcode lines appear.

The point is not to create volume for volume’s sake, but to recover the natural balance of each morphology: giving the lips back their fullness, redefining their contour, and softening the fine lines and laxity of the perioral area for a rejuvenated, harmonious smile.

Nasolabial folds

Nasolabial folds, markers of ageing

Nasolabial folds are among the first signs of facial ageing. With age, the loss of volume in the middle third, tissue laxity and reduced skin elasticity gradually hollow those folds. They mark the face and accentuate a tired or ageing appearance.

The point is not to fill the fold directly, but to restore the volumes upstream (cheekbones, temples, periauricular area) to soften those expression marks naturally. Alongside that, a targeted and safe injection can refine the treatment for a harmonious, natural result.

Jawline

The jawline, signature of the contour.

Over time, the mandibular line loses its sharpness. Skin laxity, the melting of deep tissues and the migration of fat blur the boundary between face and neck. Jowls appear, the chin can look receding or lacking projection, and the signature of the profile gradually fades.

Redrawing the jawline combines several levers: high density hyaluronic acid and collagen inducers along the mandible to restore the contour, targeted projection of the chin to rebalance the profile, thermal energies to restructure the foundations, and tensor threads when skin laxity calls for mechanical action. The aim is not to transform, but to recover the natural sharpness of the lines of the face.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Hyaluronic acid exists in several forms, from the most fluid to the densest depending on the degree of cross-linking. Light products (Skinboosters) hydrate the skin deeply and treat fine lines without adding volume. Intermediate products fill superficial and moderate lines. Dense, highly cross-linked products are used to restore volumes (cheekbones, chin, jawline) and structure the face in depth. The choice of product is determined by the doctor according to the area treated, the depth sought and the patient’s morphology.
