Recovering clear skin
Adult acne does not come down to a few passing spots. It disturbs sebum, sustains inflammation and leaves lasting marks on the skin. Scars, enlarged pores, altered texture: blemishes settle in and resist conventional cosmetic care. Our medical approach acts on both stages of this concern.
Our approach
Adult acne is a complex inflammatory condition. It is not resolved with a single technique, nor in a single session. Our protocol rests on a precise reading of your skin, your history and your triggers, to build a coherent and lasting course of care.
Every course of care begins with an in-depth skin assessment completed by a biological assessment. Sebum analysis, mapping of the lesions, identification of hormonal or environmental factors: we take a full medical view before proposing anything.
We act on the active mechanism: excessive sebum production, bacterial proliferation, chronic inflammation. The protocols of chapter 1 target the causes, not only the symptoms.
Once the skin is stabilised, we treat the after-effects. Acne scars, enlarged pores, texture irregularities, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation: the technologies of chapter 2 rebuild the skin in depth to recover a smooth and even texture.

Acne in adults or adolescents can have irreversible consequences on the skin, but above all it is a source of self-consciousness and lost confidence. Treatments today are numerous and effective. This condition can be treated, and the results allow healthy, vital skin to be recovered.

Acne
Adult acne affects more than 60% of the population after 18. Behind every flare-up lie precise mechanisms: excess sebum, blocked pores, proliferation of the Cutibacterium Acnes bacterium, inflammatory reaction, hormonal imbalance, a disturbed gut microbiome. Treating acne lastingly means acting on those mechanisms, not only masking how they show.

Acne
05 protocolesHydraFacial Syndeo with its personalised booster is intended for acne-prone skin. It combines gentle microdermabrasion, mechanical and manual extraction of impurities and the infusion of purifying actives based on glycolic acid. In one session, the pores are unblocked, excess sebum is reduced and the skin recovers a healthier texture. Ideal for oily or combination acne-prone skin, with comedones, inflammatory spots or enlarged pores.
45 to 60 min · 6 sessions recommendedChemical peels based on salicylic or glycolic acid act on hyperkeratosis and excess sebum. They help clear dead cells, unblock the follicles and regulate sebum production in depth. Suited to each type of acne, they fit into a gradual protocol for lasting results.
30 to 45 min · several sessions recommendedAnti-acne microneedling consists of injecting a cocktail of targeted actives superficially: exosomes, salmon polynucleotides, botulinum peptides. Those active ingredients regulate sebum secretion, tighten the pores and calm inflamed areas. A precise medical protocol, made to measure for each acne profile.
30 to 45 min · 3 to 6 sessions recommendedLaser Harmony, with its low wavelength and "in motion" application, treats several aspects of active acne from the first session: while reducing inflammation, it addresses the marks and redness linked to acne. Laser Harmony also brings a genuine antibacterial action.
15 min · 3 to 6 sessions recommendedBlemish-prone skin deserves precise, respectful, rebalancing care. Our cosmetic range combines purifying botanical actives, natural regulators and gentle biotechnology to restore skin balance without ever stressing it. It is an essential complement to our clinical treatments. You will find our dedicated blemish range under Soins imperfections & Acné (Skincare Agency)
5 min · daily applicationAdult acne calls for a medical answer once the causes are identified. One assessment appointment is enough to identify your triggers and build the protocol suited to your skin.
Blemishes
After active acne, the skin often keeps the memory of the lesions. Acne scars, widened pores, texture irregularities: those after-effects are written into the dermis and do not disappear on their own. Current medical technologies allow gradual and targeted rebuilding, to recover even and smooth skin.

Blemishes
06 protocolesMicroneedling creates micro-channels in the dermis that trigger a natural regeneration response. Paired with targeted actives such as exosomes or polynucleotides, it speeds up tissue rebuilding, softens light scarring and significantly improves the texture of the skin. A reference protocol for skin lightly marked by acne.
45 to 60 min · 3 to 6 sessions recommendedRegenerating peels based on TCA or mandelic acid act on the deeper layers of the epidermis to clear post-inflammatory marks, soften superficial scars and restart cell renewal. The skin comes out smoothed and even, with a notably improved texture.
30 to 45 min · 2 to 4 sessions recommendedSubcisions release the fibrosis and the tissue held down by depressed scars, which is essential to recover a smooth skin texture. They are carried out alongside injections of a polynucleotide skinbooster, which restores deep and lasting hydration, smooths the skin surface and fills the small residual scars. A rebuilding treatment that gives the skin back its comfort and suppleness.
30 to 45 min · 1 to 3 sessions recommendedLegato III combines radiofrequency, ultrasound and sonophoresis to act in depth on the dermal tissue. It stimulates collagen production, reshapes raised scars, tightens the pores and lastingly improves the overall quality of the skin. An advanced technology, particularly effective on skin marked by chronic or cystic acne. It is advisable to add a personalised cocktail of actives (exosomes, polynucleotides, PRP) at the end of the procedure, during the sonophoresis. The procedure is carried out under local topical anaesthetic.
45 to 60 min · 3 to 6 sessions recommendedSkinage 1550 is a non-ablative fractional laser of the Fraxel type. It allows resurfacing with less social downtime than a CO2 laser. It creates micro-zones of heat in the dermis to stimulate the production of collagen and gradually smooth the hollows or the waviness.
45 to 60 min · 3 to 5 sessions recommendedMorpheus 8 is a skin reshaping technology that combines micro-needles and fractional radiofrequency to act at the heart of the dermis. That dual action stimulates collagen regeneration, improves the look of acne scars, refines the skin texture, tightens the pores and gradually gives the face back its firmness and evenness. An advanced solution for uneven or thickened skin, or skin marked by old or cystic acne.
45 to 60 min · 3 to 5 sessions recommendedFAQ
Yes, and that is exactly why it calls for a different approach. Adult acne is most often hormonal in origin: it appears or persists after 25, with lesions often on the lower face, the jaw and the chin. It is frequently linked to menstrual cycles, contraception, pregnancy or perimenopause. It is more resistant to conventional topical treatments and calls for personalised medical care.
