Skincare Agency Paris
Dark circles, bags, drooping eyelids, crow’s feet. We treat every concern of the eye contour.
The eyes are the first area anyone sees. And often the first to give away tiredness, age, or difficult genetics. Skin five times thinner than the rest of the face, the most used muscles in the body, volumes that melt away over the years. The eye contour deserves medical attention in its own right.
Our approach
The eye contour accumulates several ageing mechanisms at once: volume loss, skin laxity, altered microcirculation, weakened skin. Treating the eye area means knowing how to read each sign and choosing the right technique for each layer.
VISIA maps the periocular area and reveals what the naked eye cannot yet see. Every consultation starts there. No protocol without analysis.
Dark circles, bags, eyelids and crow’s feet have different mechanisms. An effective eye area protocol often brings together several approaches: filling, firming, skin renewal. The medical team builds the combination suited to each profile.
The eye area is treated and maintained. Regular follow-up keeps the results going and slows the progression of the signs. The treatment plan is designed for the long term, not session by session.

The eyes reveal everything. It is the most read area of a face and the most complex to treat. At Skincare Agency, we approach it with surgical precision, without ever touching a scalpel.

Dark circles
Hollow, coloured or mixed, dark circles do not all have the same origin. Hollow circles result from the melting of fatty tissue under the orbit: the skin thins, the bony rim becomes visible, a permanent shadow settles in. Coloured circles give away vessels showing through skin that is too thin, or localised hyperpigmentation. Two distinct mechanisms. Two families of treatment.

Between the dark circle and the cheekbone, a hollow is invisible until the day it is not. The tear trough amplifies the shadow under the eye and gives that hollow, aged look that persists even after a good night’s sleep. It is often the first area to treat in order to recover a rested eye area.
Dark circles affect every morphology and every age. Some are genetic and present from childhood. Others settle in gradually as facial volumes melt away. In every case, the medical consultation identifies the exact mechanism and points to the suitable treatment.
Dark circles
05 protocolsWhen the skin of the eye contour is too thin to be filled, polynucleotide-based skinboosters densify and hydrate it in depth. Transparency decreases, the vessels show less and the colour evens out. They are applied either through microneedling or with a micro-cannula. No social downtime. Allow a protocol of 3 to 6 sessions 4 weeks apart.
Average duration: 12 months from the end of the courseInjecting a very fluid hyaluronic acid fills the hollow under the orbit and softens the cast shadow. The procedure is precise, carried out with a micro-cannula or a needle. The eye area recovers depth and light from the first session. This injection can cause bruising because the skin is very thin and vascularised, so possible social downtime should be allowed for. Note that this type of injection calls for a precise indication, which the doctor must confirm after a clinical study of your eye area. Where there is doubt (malar bags present or a family history of bags, poor lymphatic circulation) the doctor will point you towards another solution.
Average duration: 18 to 24 monthsThis non-exfoliating peel acts in depth without stressing the surface. It stimulates the dermis and softens pigmented circles. A gradual protocol, suited to the fragility of the area. The protocol runs to 4 to 6 sessions 4 weeks apart.
Cumulative results across the protocol, sun protection mandatory. In one session you combine the effects of high intensity unipolar radiofrequency and the power of HIFU. Volformer is the Korean procedure par excellence, pairing skin densification with a smoothing effect, all in a single session. No social or sun downtime.
20 minutesThe eye contour, the thinnest area of the face, is the first to give away tiredness and age. Dark circles, bags, fine lines and dehydration often mix there, but each calls for a targeted answer. Our clean-ical dermatological range answers that with precision and gentleness. To each pair of eyes its own treatment.
A rested eye area does not read as a sign of treatment. It reads as vitality. Recover the natural freshness of your eye contour with a protocol designed for you, in our institute in the 8th arrondissement.
Eyelids
With age, the skin of the upper eyelid loses elasticity. It slides over the eye, weighs the gaze down, reduces the palpebral space. The effect is gradual: you do not see it coming, but the mirror ends up showing it. Eyes that close give a tired, sometimes severe look that no longer matches how you feel.

Medical blepharoplasty treats moderate laxity of the upper eyelids without surgery or social downtime. Through fractional radiofrequency and plasma exeresis, the skin is retracted, the folds softened, the gaze reopened. For more marked cases, other techniques complete the work: botulinum toxin to reposition the brow, tensor threads to raise the outer corner of the eye if needed.
Mild to moderate ptosis responds very well to medical protocols. The consultation determines the degree of laxity and the best suited techniques. In some cases of significant excess skin, the medical team may point towards complementary care.
Eyelids
05 protocolsA targeted treatment to tighten the thin skin of the upper eyelid and lighten a tired gaze. In one or two sessions, you recover a more open, rejuvenated gaze.
Length: 30 minutes under local anaestheticIn one session, you combine the effects of high intensity unipolar radiofrequency and the power of HIFU. Volformer is the Korean procedure par excellence, pairing skin densification with a lifting effect, all in a single session. No social or sun downtime.
Length: 20 minutesRadiofrequency with fractional microneedling acts in depth to smooth crinkled skin and improve how the eye area holds. Allow 3 sessions.
Length: 30 to 45 minutes under local anaestheticPrecise injection points release certain muscular tensions and subtly open up the gaze.
Length: 30 minutesTensor threads give slackened tissue its hold back and help reposition the eye area without heaviness.
Length: 45 minutesEye contour
More than 15,000 blinks a day. Constant contractions when smiling, squinting, facing the light. The skin of the eye contour is five times thinner than the rest of the face and has no sebaceous glands to protect it. It ages fast, very fast.

Crow’s feet respond very well to botulinum toxin. The superficial fine lines of the lower eyelid call for another approach: microneedling, skinbooster, cosmetic routine. The distinction is medical before it is aesthetic. A good assessment avoids treatment errors on such a delicate area.
The eye contour is often treated at the same time as the dark circles or the eyelids. A complete eye area protocol takes all three dimensions into account: volume, structure, surface. The medical team reviews the whole before proposing the treatment plan.

Length: 30 minutesThe micro-perforations stimulate skin regeneration and gradually improve the fineness of the eye contour, while smoothing the surface of the skin. No social downtime. Allow a protocol of 3 to 6 sessions 4 weeks apart.

Daily routineFAQ
A hollow circle is an anatomical depression: the fat under the orbit has melted away and the bony rim casts a shadow. It is treated by filling (hyaluronic acid, PRP). A coloured circle is a matter of hue: vessels visible through skin that is too thin (blue-purple), or hyperpigmentation (brown). It calls for techniques that thicken the skin or soften the pigmentation. The two types often coexist.
