We offer a hair transplant technique based on the most advanced technology in the field that is able to create the most natural looking result. This method, called FUE for “Follicular Unit Extraction“, consists of removing healthy follicles and transplanting these hairs, or follicular units, from a donor area to a recipient area.
Even in cases of severe baldness, there remains an area where the density of hair is still sufficient, this area in men is generally located at the back of the head. The FUE technique consists of taking stands of hair and reimplanting them in the areas where it is necessary. This technique effectively stops hair loss and results in a natural looking full head of hair.
Skincare Agency wanted to create a unique space in Paris dedicated to hair implantation and chose to invest in a cutting-edge technology, not often found in France, the ARTAS® robot.
The ARTAS® system has revolutionized the practice of hair transplantation and allows our center to offer our patients the most advanced FUE treatments in Paris.
This high-tech robot assists and guides our practitioners, who are already experienced in hair implantation, at each stage of the procedure (harvesting, micro-incision, implantation).
As soon as the diagnosis is established by our dermatologists, the robot allows us to precisely identify the areas to be treated and to determine objectively the number of grafts to be taken from the donor area and transplanted into the recipient area in order to restore the most natural hair density possible.
The robot also analyzes the donor area to identify and select the most viable hair follicles for transplantation. Guided by the practitioner, it ensures this delicate phase of graft harvesting has a higher survival rate. More precise, more delicate, and more reproducible than manual harvesting, it limits the loss ratio of harvested grafts to 3% instead of the 15% to 20% that would be damaged during a manual harvesting. The technological contribution of the robot makes it possible to extract the grafts more quickly and with less mechanical stress. Thus, the inflammation of the scalp is much more limited, and the healing time is reduced.
The robot then intervenes on the recipient area to create the micro-incisions, preserving the existing follicles and densifying the area. The performance of this technique in this step is crucial. At the same time as the robot makes the micro-incisions, it cauterizes. Thus, it reduces superficial bleeding and limits the formation of crusts after the treatment, making the post-operative period less cumbersome.
Finally, the Artas® robot reduces the entire time of a hair transplant procedure by 20 to 30% and makes it virtually painless. This implant technique is a combination of robotics and artificial intelligence that provides a very precise and minimally invasive hair restoration. It is a true hair restoration that can be performed in less time, and more precisely thanks to ARTAS® algorithms and robotic features. This technique surpasses all other available FUE treatments in the international hair transplant market in terms of accuracy, reproducibility, and aesthetic results.
