Legato III is an innovative treatment that uses microplasma radiofrequency and ultrasound technologies to smooth the skin like a fractional CO2 laser by combining three complementary techniques.

The Legato III treatment is considered to be one of the best solutions for sagging skin in the stomach and inner arm areas.

It is one of the most effective solutions for treating recent, old, or abnormal scars, as well as all white or red stretch marks. It can be used on all skin phototypes.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A LEGATO III TREATMENT?

The Legato III by Alma treatment permeates the skin barrier, injecting significant quantities of active ingredients that will have a boosting effect. The active ingredients are selected according to the targeted problem, and you will be able to see results from the first session.

This technology improves the overall quality and appearance of the skin. It helps to reduce skin slackening from an aging dermis. This treatment is therefore highly recommended for treating wrinkled skin in the inner arms or thighs.

The Legato III provides a tissue rejuvenation effect by thickening the dermis. This technique can smooth hypertrophic or keloid scars, reduce the intensity of brown spots, diffuse redness, and treat all types of white or red stretch marks. PERSONALIZED SUPPORT TO OPTIMIZE A LEGATO III SESSION

Before undergoing a Legato III radiofrequency and ultrasound treatment, our aesthetic medicine center offers you personalized support. Welcomed by your Personal Beautician, you will first undergo a complete diagnosis of your skin to determine the problem(s) to be treated.

A series of photographs will be taken to allow us to compile your patient file and to follow the evolution of the results over the course of the sessions.

Then, the treatment always begins with a careful cleaning of the area to be treated. You will be placed under a LED light for 15 minutes to soothe and prepare the skin. Your Personal Beautician will then apply an EMLA-type cream that will have an anesthetic effect.

The treatment can then begin and will be carried out in three phases:

  • The first is ablative. The practitioner performs it using an electric roller with radio frequency. It creates vertical micro-wells that permeate the skin barrier without the risk of causing hyperpigmentation.
  • The second phase is thermal. The dermis is heated in depth by the effect of radio frequency to create the neo-collagenesis necessary to reconstitute tissue depressions. This increase in temperature will create an inflammation of the fibroblasts forcing them to produce collagen and elastin.
  • The third phase consists of injecting powerful active ingredients deep into the dermis using the micro-wells created in step one. The active ingredients used are NCTC, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, DMAE, silicon, trace elements, vitamin C and sometimes hydroquinone and AQ Skin Solutions growth factors.

The cocktail of active ingredients is customized to respond to the problem being treated. The active ingredients are injected into the deep dermis using sonophoresis and acoustic waves.

    • Legato III may cause redness and require a healing phase of a few days. It is not recommended to expose yourself to the sun so you must protect your skin with a minimum of SPF50. A possible 2-day absence from work is to be expected. It is necessary to wait 8 weeks between each treatment session.
