WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN EVOLVE TREATMENT?

An Evolve X treatment is a quick and easy 5-session treatment that delivers results right from the first Body Contouring and Body Sculpting session.

The most common areas treated with Evolve are :

WHAT IS EVOLVE TECHNOLOGY?

Evolve X technology:

  • It’s a combination of radiofrequency and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) that allows you to firm and tone your body. This technology is able to act locally and in depth thanks to a series of applicators that can be placed precisely on the areas of your body to be treated.
  • It uses bipolar radiofrequency, a type of thermal energy that translates into heat. This heat, which can reach 43°C, then influences the skin cells, tightening and remodeling the network of fascial connections and causing an overall contraction of these skin elements. This results in the elimination of fat cells and a simultaneous re-tensioning of the tissues.

Radiofrequency has long been used in the medical field and was adopted by aesthetic medicine in 2000. Based on the FDA’s opinion, it is a safe and effective way to redefine body contours.

In combination, Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) causes a voluntary contraction of muscles, acting as a very intensive workout that cannot be done in a gym and targeting only the desired areas such as the abdominal muscles, arms, pectorals, buttocks, calves or thighs.

  • The EMS is fully customizable and the power ranges from 50 levels, but in general, the treatments are between levels 20 and 30.
  • A 45-minute Evolve X session is equivalent to approximately 30,000 muscle contractions.

The combination of Radiofrequency and EMS causes apoptosis, which is the permanent destruction of fat cells and the strengthening of muscle tissue in the treated area.

PERSONALIZED SUPPORT FOR AN EVOLVE SESSION

Before starting an Evolve session, Skincare Agency offers you personalized support. Welcomed by your assigned Personal Beautician, you will first perform a complete diagnosis of your body with the In Body technology.

The objective of this diagnosis is to establish a complete morphological assessment of your body composition. This medical diagnosis will measure your body mass, muscle mass, fat mass and water retention level. All of these indicators will allow us to define the most appropriate treatment plan and also to evaluate these parameters during the course of the treatment.

During a medical consultation, our doctors will examine the In Body diagnosis and give you their opinion on the areas to be treated to obtain the best results.

Then, your Personal Beautician will apply a contact gel to the areas to be treated that will help the applicators adhere to the contours of your body and drive the radiofrequency and EMS through your skin.

Next, the Evolve applicators will be placed on top of the gel and secured so that they stay in place on the correct muscles throughout the procedure. The applicators will begin to heat up from the radiofrequency waves, which will feel like a hot stone massage.

The addition of EMS will cause the muscle to contract, similar to what you feel when you do a crunch or lift weights (depending on the target area, of course). The Evolve machine can be set to your comfort level and will allow your Personal Beautician to ensure that the EMS is neither too intense nor too weak thus maximizing your results.

The session lasts around 45 minutes, but it varies based on the area you choose to treat, and we recommend a series of 5 sessions.

  • Who is the Evolve treatment for?

    • The Evolve treatment is intended for people who have a very healthy and active lifestyle and who already engage in regular physical activity but who wish to optimize their results. If this is not the case, other treatments such as Cryolipolysis 360, Accent prime or Endosphere will be proposed as a starter before Evolve.

  • Are there any side effects?

    • One of the great advantages of aesthetic medicine, and more specifically of Evolve, is that it is possible to obtain toning and reshaping without side effects.

    You may experience some redness, swelling or soreness in the days following the session, but this will dissipate naturally.

  • How many sessions should I do?

    • For a the best results, a minimum of 5 sessions on the same area are recommended.

  • What are the contraindications of an evolving treatment?
    • pregnancy or breastfeeding
    • having undergone a recent surgical operation
    • endocrine disorders such as diabetes
    • heat-stimulated disorders such as recurrent herpes on the area
    • A history of heart disease, epilepsy, low blood pressure, kidney disease or liver disease
    • being immunocompromised
    • a history of cancer
    • the presence of permanent implants in the treatment area (metal plates, pacemakers, silicone implants).
  • Can Evolve be used to tone the face?

    • No, it cannot be used on the face. However, other InMode products we offer at Skincare Agency can help reshape your face without surgery.

    For example, Morpheus 8, which combines radiofrequency and microneedling. Skincare Agency also offers Accent Prime, a product that is very effective in reducing fatty deposits, especially around the double chin.

    If you want to reduce the signs of aging by adding volume to your face, we also offer hyaluronic acid injections.

  • Is there a treatment that can reshape my body by adding volume?

    • Yes, there is a product called Sculptra that improves the appearance and contour of your skin.
